Lower Makefield Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections relevant to Lower Makefield, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a Township office, Bucks County department, court, library, archive, or other records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or material found through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act.
- Make FCRA-regulated credit, employment, housing, tenant, insurance, or similar decisions.

3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing on the service, including material returned by a linked tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Resources
Government portals, libraries, archives, and third-party services linked here operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, charges, record rules, or data practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is provided as available and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a page, link, record description, office detail, or external portal is accurate, complete, current, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

It does not change these private terms or require a custodian to create a record.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
